Job Description:
An Account Executive must be comfortable speaking with Executives and Entrepreneurs across the country. Leads will be a mix of self-generated, referrals, and marketing efforts. Responsible for sales of any of Solo’s products, software, and services offering. High visibility and potential for growth will be available as you succeed. The ability to learn quickly, understand technology, apply coaching, adapt to change, and contribute to the team will be essential.
In addition, you should be intelligent, curious, competitive, adaptive, detail-oriented, insightful, relatable, responsible, collaborative, accountable, and driven to succeed as an individual contributor and team player. Account Executives will work with other account executives, marketing, account managers, and sales leaders, which will result in development and personal growth. Key Responsibilities:
- In-depth understanding of all systems and services Solo provides as you give demos
- Manage your pipeline with consistent follow up on potential deals
- Manage tasks to push clients toward close
- Find your own leads, manage inbound leads, and any referrals
- Review sales KPIs, we’ve automated all tracking
- Own your development and implement feedback from Sales Leaders
- Be the face of Solo for clients until Customer Success takes over the relationship after Implementation
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- Must have 3+ years of SAAS sales experience and use MEDDIC Sales methodology
- Able to intelligently articulate our product offering to clients, ranging from individual entrepreneurs to c-suite executives in small to mid-size companies
- High energy, goal-oriented, and a self-starter who can hold themselves accountable
- High-functioning computer skill set. Able to learn how to use software, type efficiently, and follow program processes. No coding or in-depth knowledge is necessary
- Experience in HubSpot, Google Workspace, Avoma, Panda Doc, and others is helpful
- Able to handle responsibilities under pressure, stay on-task, manage a sales pipeline, and apply coaching
- Consistently achieve and exceed quota requirements
- Familiarity with MEDDIC sales processes
- Able to provide exceptional customer service and pay close attention to detail
- Must be available for travel to client locations and industry events
Typical Day:
- Run discovery and demo meetings
- Follow up with clients
- Manage your pipeline
- Work with Marketing, Implementation, and and Customer Success
- Manage tasks and processes within HubSpot to push clients toward close
- Prospect for self-generated leads
- Manage inbound leads and referrals
- Review sales KPIs
- Work with Sales Leaders to develop your skills and grow in the role
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to remain seated or stand for extended periods while conducting virtual meetings, product demos, and follow-up calls with clients.
- Frequent use of computer equipment, including a keyboard, mouse, and monitor, for managing sales leads, tracking activities, and using CRM and communication software.
- Fine motor skills for precise data entry, multitasking across software platforms, and managing client interactions.
- Clear verbal communication skills for effectively engaging with C-suite clients, conducting demos, and coordinating with internal teams.
- Ability to focus on detailed tasks and manage time effectively to maintain a consistent follow-up schedule and sales pipeline.
- Occasional travel may be required to attend client meetings or industry events, involving the ability to carry a laptop and presentation materials if needed.

Compensation/Benefits:
- Base Salary: $60-65,000 /yr
- Uncapped Commissions (5% on Qualified Revenue Items)
