Autodesk Revit Expert (Solar and Infrastructure) (m/f/d)

We are currently building our team and now searching for a skilled and detail-oriented Autodesk Revit Expert with expertise in solar-related design and infrastructure, including road plans, town planning, transmission designs. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in creating accurate and efficient technical drawings that align with project / client specifications. This position requires proficiency in Autodesk Revit software and a strong understanding of solar energy systems and infrastructure design principles.

Autodesk Revit Expert (Solar and Infrastructure) - (m/f/d) - 100% remote

Your daily tasks:

1. Solar Design:

• Utilize Revit tools for solar analysis and design, considering factors like sun angles, shading, and energy production.
• Integrate solar components into the overall building or infrastructure design.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations and guidelines for solar installations.

2. Infrastructure Design:

• Work on infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, utilities, and other civil engineering aspects using Revit.
• Collaborate with civil engineers and other stakeholders to incorporate design elements accurately.
• Incorporate sustainability and environmental considerations into infrastructure planning and design.

3. Technical Drawing:

• Generate detailed 2D technical drawings and construction documentation within Autodesk Revit.
• Develop comprehensive 3D models of solar and infrastructure projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Provide detailed annotations, dimensions, and specifications in both 2D and 3D representations.
• Revise and update drawings to reflect changes in project scope, specifications, or client feedback.

4. Collaboration:

•  Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, and project managers, to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Participate in design review meetings and provide input to optimize designs for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

5. Quality Assurance:

• Conduct quality checks on models and drawings to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project/ Client requirements.
• Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in the design.

We are looking for:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Substantial experience (typically 5+ years) working with Autodesk Revit, specifically in solar and infrastructure design.
• Previous experience in the design and modeling of solar projects and infrastructure elements using BIM software.
• In-depth knowledge of solar energy systems, including solar photovoltaic technology and design principles.
•  Proficiency in Autodesk Revit software, including 2D and 3D modeling.
• Autodesk Revit certification is a plus point.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure design, including road plans, utilities, and site layouts.
•  Familiarity with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
•  Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
