We acquire our customers by onboarding small to medium sized insurance agencies wherein we manage their existing customers using our people and platform delivering profit and new business growth for the benefit of the agency owners.


Role Overview:

As a COVU Ambassador, you will play a critical role in introducing insurance agencies to our platform. This is a commission-only partnership, ideal for individuals with strong connections in the insurance sector—particularly those who have served as territory representatives or in sales roles within insurance companies. The primary expectation will be to leverage your network to refer qualified agencies to COVU, benefiting from competitive commissions on successful referrals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Referral Generation: Leverage your existing relationships in the insurance industry to identify and refer potential agency partners to COVU.
  • Client Engagement: Introduce COVU’s value proposition to decision-makers within insurance agencies, emphasizing the benefits of our all-in-one platform.
  • Networking: Participate in industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities to expand your referral base and promote COVU.
  • Follow-up: Maintain ongoing communication with referred agencies, ensuring a smooth introduction and transition to COVU’s platform.
  • Tracking & Reporting: Use COVU’s dashboard to monitor your referrals, track commissions, and manage your ambassador activities.


Who We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Previous experience as a territory rep, sales executive, or similar role within the insurance industry.
  • Network: Strong existing relationships with insurance agencies, particularly independent agencies with over $2M in Gross Written Premium (GWP).
  • Self-Starter: Highly motivated with a proven track record of generating leads and closing deals.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively conveying COVU’s value proposition.

  • Competitive Commissions: Earn a high percentage of the collected cash monthly for the first year from agencies you refer, with average earnings of $10k per agency and no cap on your potential income. This can also be done in the form of equity with a massive upside potential.
