Responsibilities

- Conduct regular reviews and feedback sessions with the creative team to refine ideas and improve overall quality.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and innovations to continuously elevate the creative output of the organization.
- Bachelorβs degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field; a Masterβs degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a similar creative leadership role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing outstanding creative work and innovative design solutions.
- Excellent understanding of current trends in design, digital marketing, and social media.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and collaborate with diverse teams.
