Overview
- Tier One Technologies is seeking a Cyber Security SME to support our US Government client.
- This hybrid position will be located in Washington, DC.
Responsibilities
- Provide objective advice, expertise and specialized skills in, but not limited to, supporting projects related to the individual's subject matter expertise or functional domain.
- Prepare and deliver analysis and presentations to colleagues, subordinates, and corporate representatives.
- Assure the proper use of current or requested engineering, configuring, programming, testing, and documentation techniques.
- Produce and/or review documentation and reports reflecting knowledge of areas.
- Lead special projects or investigations into specific technology or solution issues and to shepherd research and piloting of new technologies.
- May serve as a point of contact for engineering efforts and has overall responsibility for the accuracy and integrity of solutions and/or services while maintaining compliance with enterprise-wide architecture policies and guidelines.
- Work as a recognized authority on unusually complex technical problems and provide solutions which are highly innovative.
- Determine and pursue courses of action necessary to obtain desired results.
- Build IA into systems deployed to operational environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in Business, Engineering, Management Sciences, Computer Science, Information Systems, Social Science, Education, Human Resources Development, and Psychology or other related disciplines and 12-15 years of experience or Masterβs degree and 10-12 years of related experience or PhD and eight to nine years of related experience.

- Microsoft Certified Solution Expert (MCSE)
- Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP)
- Other Relevant Technology Certifications
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must be able to obtain a Position of Public Trust Clearance.
- Be able to pass a drug screening, criminal history, and credit checks.
- Must be a US Citizen or have permanent residence status (Green Card).
- Must have lived in the United States for the past 5 years.
- Cannot have more than 6 months travel outside the United States within the last five years. Military Service excluded. (Exception does not include military family members.)
