Purpose of the role:
Functions as the expert technical point of contact in global client implementations.
Main responsibilities:
- Provides support on pre-sales meetings as SME; provides documented recommendations and summarizes as necessary
- Build the OBT in line with customer expectations
- Provide implementation coaching to OBT setup teams
- Coordinate other technical resources on the project
- Attend and lead OBT Technical workshop for each new implementation
- Collaborate with Global Product Owners to provide local expert knowledge with input to product development; Attend supplier meetings
- Provide regional CR & issue management
- Performs product testing
- Define and communicate standards and best practices in line with CWT requirements
- Working knowledge of technical applications used by client implementation function

Experience & education:
Experience
- Bachelorβs Degree in IT or equivalent experience
- 3-5 year of experience supporting OBT implementation from front end to site setupΒ
Knowledge, skills and abilities (KSAs)
- Strong organization and time management skillsΒ
- Ability to work within a multicultural environment
- Strong presentation, interpersonal, and communications skills; able to present ideas and results clearly and effectively; able to influence client decision making; ability to communicate effectively with leadershipΒ
