KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Training experience and the ability to build and manage professional relationships with corporate clients. Knowledge of laser and/or IPL technology. Demonstrated proficiency in common PC applications
Proven history of analyzing situations, employing creative and effective decision making to solve problems/achieve results. The ability to interact with cross-functional team efforts. Highly organized individual with time management and management skills. Strong communications skills.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Background in Advanced Technology preferably with laser and/or IPL devices. Minimum of 6 years in leadership role
RN or PA
Demonstrated ability to drive results in both and individual and team environment
Ability to coach and mentor others Employee may travel up to 50% of their time.
Ability to be successful in an unstructured environment.
