PURPOSE:


The Executive Assistant will perform a wide variety of extremely complex and confidential professional-level executive administrative support duties in support of our Chief People and Strategy Officer. This position can be remote.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the Chief People & Strategy Officer’s schedule, accommodating last-minute changes and arranging urgent meetings using Microsoft Outlook.
  • Monitor and address critical email correspondences promptly.
  • Generate and manage documents, spreadsheets, files, and presentations with a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Organize meetings, manage travel arrangements, and prepare meeting rooms.
  • Prepare and manage expense reports in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality presentations and reporting materials.
  • Complete projects and special assignments as assigned.

Qualifications

  • A BA or BS degree and at least 3+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant to a C-level executive.
  • Demonstrate excellent judgment and maintain strict confidentiality in all matters.
  • Exhibit exceptional organizational skills and maintain systematic and orderly execution of responsibilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management.
  • Positivity, high energy, curiosity, and proactive problem solving.
  • Must be a proficient user of Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word software applications.
  • Strong time management skills with proven ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
