What You’ll Do: In this role, you’ll take charge of a talented development team, guiding them in creating intelligent automation solutions that solve complex business problems. You’ll work closely with clients across different sectors, ensuring that projects not only meet but exceed expectations.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead and Inspire: Manage and mentor a team of Automation Engineers, fostering collaboration, growth, and technical excellence.
• Drive Innovation: Provide hands-on technical leadership, overseeing the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge automation projects.
• Deliver Results: Ensure the successful delivery of projects by managing timelines, overseeing quality, and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Collaborate and Communicate: Be the go-to technical expert for internal teams and external clients, ensuring smooth communication and alignment on all fronts.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve: Partner with our clients product team to refine and expand our automation offerings, integrating the latest technologies and trends into their solutions.
• Ensure Quality: Uphold the highest standards of development, ensuring consistency and compliance with best practices.

You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years in intelligent automation, with at least 3 years specialising in Automation Anywhere. A solid track record of building and launching automation solutions.
• A natural leader with a background of managing and developing high-performing technical teams of 5-15 people.
• Skilled at building strong client relationships and delivering tailored solutions that meet their needs.
• Expertise in RPA, AI technologies, and other automation tools, with the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels and presenting technical solutions.
• A strategic thinker with a passion for finding solutions to complex technical challenges.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with AI technologies like machine learning and conversational AI.
• Proficiency in Power Apps or other RPA platforms such as UiPath or Blue Prism.
• Experience in a fast-growing start-up or scale-up environment.
