Responsibilities

  • Design and resolve Workday reporting cases and change requests for continuous improvement 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify root causes and opportunities for improvement 
  • Develop data collection strategies and create visualizations to communicate insights to HR leadership 
  • Build and maintain dashboards to monitor performance and support predictive HR strategies 
  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and data privacy regulations while supporting HR technology implementations 

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in an analytical role using business intelligence tools, or significant HCM experience, with a minimum of 5 years of experience leading and managing high performing teams  
  • Experience with Workday Reporting and Workday Prism  
  • Strong knowledge of HR metrics and experience in data analysis and reporting 
  • Knowledge or experience in the hospitality or foodservice industry strongly preferred  
  • Extensive knowledge of Smartsheet, Tableau, PowerBI, Python, and SQL strongly preferred 
  • Working knowledge of payroll data, UKG Dimensions, and PeopleSoft preferred
