Job Overview
Digital Assistance Ventures Private Limited is seeking a Human Resource Executive at the junior level. This remote position is based in Mumbai Suburban, Mumbai, and Thane. We are looking for an individual with 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience who is enthusiastic about managing HR functions and contributing to the growth and well-being of our team.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelorβs degree or Masterβs degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or other related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment processes and candidate sourcing techniques.
- Strong employee relations skills to foster a positive work environment.
- Demonstrated ability in performance management and staff appraisals.
- In-depth understanding of HR policies and the ability to enforce them effectively.
- Experience in conducting training and development programs for staff improvement.
- Knowledge of compensation and benefits management.
- Proficiency with HR Information Systems (HRIS) for efficient HR operations.
- Comprehensive understanding of labor law compliance to ensure legal adherence.
- At least two years of working experience as an HR executive, HR Analyst, or any other similar role. But the job role must belong to the Human Resources department.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screenings, and interviews.
- Manage employee relations by addressing issues, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Implement performance management processes, including setting objectives and conducting performance reviews.
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with company standards and legal requirements.
- Conduct training and development sessions to enhance employee skills and career growth with necessary travel arrangements, hotel accommodation if required.
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure fair and competitive offerings.
- Maintain and update the HRIS for efficient data management and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations to mitigate legal risks.
