Albelissa is looking for a strategic and tactical international FREELANCE recruiter to allocate on EU projects
INTERNATIONAL TECHNICAL RECRUITER - RPO
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment, independent sourcing and headhunting for technical profiles (i.e. engineers and niche talent)
- Managing autonomously the full cycle of recruitment until handoff to HR for onboarding
- Fill target of 4 to 5 candidates per month with a workload of 12-15 open concurrent positions
- Tool expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, MS Outlook Calendar, video interviewing and ATS software
- Improving and developing existing/new processes to scale exponentially, including but not limited to applications, sourcing, scheduling, phone screens, in-person interviews, and handoff to onboarding team.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with at least two years of RPO experience
- LinkedIn and standard industry ATS knowledge
- Track record of success in finding, engaging, and hiring top talent
- Successfully run strategic recruiting projects that enable the team to hit their hiring goals
- Command of metrics including pipeline data, hiring forecast and recruiting capacity
- Relationship building with hiring managers
- Technical background is an advantage (especially with IT)
- Fluency in English. All work will be conducted in English
- Working during Western European business hrs
- German language familiarity
