Our firm is currently seeking a full-time, remote, Legal Assistant/Paralegal to handle pre-suit real estate and general civil litigation matters.  This position is fully remote and no prior legal experience is required.  Only individuals residing in the state of Florida are currently being considered. 

Position Title: Legal Assistant/Paralegal-Real Estate (Remote)

Compensation: $50,000-$65,000/year

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining daily communications with clients for case status updates
• Assisting with overall case management
• Maintaining attorneys' calendars
• Assisting in drafting applicable case documents and emails to clients
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree (required)
  
• Prior remote work experience (preferred)
• Excellent writing skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Problem-solving skills and solutions-oriented outlook
• Positive, team-oriented mindset
