About the role...

Are you someone who likes to organise others? Do you love to get things done? Does the thought of working in the centre of a large growing team excite you?

 

As an Offshoring Manager you will play a crucial part in our offshoring operations – having oversight and optimising every aspect to achieve our objectives. At the core of this role, you will need to be a strong leader, strategic thinker, and eager to get stuck into collaboration with cross-functional teams.

 

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of offshore outsourcing processes, strong analytical skills, and a track record of driving continuous improvement.

 

We have lots of flexibility with this role. You can be based from any of our offices in the Midlands or South or even work remotely!

 

A day in the life of an Offshoring Manager…

 

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for offshore operations
  • Vendor Selection and Management of offshore vendors – identifying and onboarding vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with SLAs and quality standards
  • Develop and maintain performance metrics to track effectiveness
  • Analyse current processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement strategies to optimise the operation
  • Provide leadership and direction to offshore teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Cross-functional Collaboration with internal stakeholders across CP
  • Identify, mitigate and manage risks to minimise disruptions and ensure continuity of service
  • Coordinate training programs for offshore teams
  • Develop and manage budget, monitor expenses, and optimise costs
  • Manage documentation of processes and performance metrics and report regularly for Senior Management whilst ensuring due diligence across the offshore vendor portfolio
