How you can make a difference

 

The Operations Processing Team is the front line of defense for HealthEquity. We are responsible for processes related to the distribution of funds to Members and Beneficiaries throughout the company. Operations Processors will perform key, daily transactional operations such as working in SF queues, importing data into internal systems, assisting with quality assurance, and other ancillary tasks.

 

It will be beneficial to have an understanding of IRS regulations related to contribution eligibility, annual limits and tax implications, as well as familiarity with all types of deposits applicable to healthcare accounts. It is your responsibility to ensure that each process is covered and completed within the expected time frame. In addition to ensuring that the daily operational work is accomplished, you must be able to identify where improvement is needed in system and processes. Assisting HealthEquity to become more efficient or improve quality in daily processing is a must.

 

You must effectively communicate the status of daily tasks and specific tasks/projects to management and escalate critical issues as needed to ensure service levels and other deliverables are met.

  • Ensure accuracy with data entry into our systems through cross referencing and comparing system data sets
  • Be able to multitask with multiple systems on high volume day to days

What you will need to be successful

  • 2 years previous experience in a professional office environment
  • Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills
  • Highly motivated team player that is able to multitask through different systems
  • Previous experience in healthcare account administration a plus
  • Experience with clerical processing preferred
  • Accurate data entry / processing skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Strong Organization skills
  • Ability to work in a diverse, high volume, and sometimes stressful environment
  • Ability to work regular overtime (such as extended hours or additional shifts) to complete daily operational work and other duties is essential. Overtime may be scheduled in advance or on-call depending on business need

Salary Range

$18.00 To $20.00 / hour

The compensation range describes the typical minimum or maximum base pay range for this position. The actual compensation offer is determined based on job-related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location. This position will be eligible for performance-based incentives as part of the total compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits including:
