As a Seasonal Recruiter, you will partner with district managers in hard to fill locations to recruit, screen and hire tax office positions. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates from various channels, conducting phone interviews, coordinating hiring events, and ensuring a high quality, high touch candidate experience throughout the process. You will also work closely with the Talent Acquisition (field) team to support their strategies and initiatives.
What you’ll do…
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified and diverse candidates for tax office roles using various sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media, referrals, etc.
Schedule and coordinate hiring events, such as job fairs, open houses, etc., in collaboration with district managers and operations support team
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to hiring and employment.
