Regional Sales Manager CIS (m/w/d)

• Achievement of operational, and regional sales goals in the respective region
• Business Development and generation of new market opportunities, distributors  and customers
• Recruiting, selecting, training, scheduling, coaching, advising and supervising agents, representatives or sales offices in the assigned region
• Technical support of customers and retailers, onsite if necessary
• Technical and financial claim management in close cooperation with the departments
• Planning and permutation of the marketing actions, for example, participation at trade fairs, congresses, etc.
• Preparing and reporting the sales figures
• Analysis of competitors, market trends and market potential

• At least 3 to 5 years of work experience in a Sales Manager position within the mining/steel or transportation industry
• Proven track record of exceeding ambitious revenue and growth goals
• Strong experience building and maintaining agency and client relationships
• High national and international travel willingness
• Interpersonal Savvy - getting along well with all kinds of people, building constructive and effective relationships
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Russian. German would be of advantage.
