Inspirational and Passionate Travel Company is looking for a SAFARI CONCIERGE

Candidate requirements:

UPDATE: Experience working with TourPlan is essential!

• Tertiary education in Tourism/Travel is essential.
• Must have a passion for conservation, the safari industry, and travel.
• Previous experience in reservations and the travel industry is essential.
• A minimum of two years experience in a safari supporting role is essential.
• Experience working in a safari lodge is advantageous.
• Working experience using WETU, Tourplan or Hubspot is beneficial.
• Must be computer literate and proficient in using Microsoft Office.
• Personal travel experience in southern Africa is ideal.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Truly supporting safari consultants and finance team in planning, selling, booking, and managing experience-rich, responsible safaris.
• Liaising with suppliers and properties, booking client flights etc.
• Liaising directly with travel clients to arrange invoicing, travel documentation, and booking extras such as restaurant reservations and added tours.
• Assisting our product manager in creating new travel packages and marketing content.

This position offers flexible working and is 100% remote. 
Salary highly dependant on experience.
