The Molten Metal Systems business of Morgan Advanced Materials manufactures an extensive range of high-performance crucibles and foundry consumables for non-ferrous metal melting applications We provide melting solutions for foundries, die-casters and melting facilities working with zinc, precious metals, aluminium, copper, brass, bronze and other non-ferrous metals.

Marketing
Identify new growth opportunities through effective market research and analysis for the existing & new products. Also promote our brand and capability to existing and potential customers via effective ads & trade shows to capitalize on our distinctive competences (DC). Monitor competitor activities and share with the team for winning actions.
Sales Management
Set sales & development targets, execute given actions and generate the best results.
Manage order book, provide customer quotes, sales services, after-sales support, customer complaints, record customers data company uses (eg. Salesforce.com) and ensure all sales information are up to date and correct.
Distributor Management
Take responsibility for managing the performance of distributor, ensuring efficient distribution of products and market development, while motivating business growth and driving market share increasing.
Credit and Risk Management
Ensure that all customers’ payables are in order according to the agreed terms without delayed or default cases. New customers need to be clearly assessed of credit worthiness and secure appropriate payment guarantees. Business with distributors should be made under formal distributor agreements that comply with Morgan group and related legal requirements.
Share of Wallet (SoW)
Maximize share of wallet with existing customers by providing full customer satisfaction and total DC solutions.
New Business Development Pipeline (NBDP)
Achieve the New Business Development targets by actively pursuing all opportunities with technical services, trials and sales negotiations with back up from Tech team as required.
Report
Report the sales and marketing work progress, achievements and problems to the superior via regular report (weekly and monthly etc) channels. Discuss and find solutions for follow up and execute agreed actions. Communicate and collaborate with other colleagues in the whole company and provide the regional or global support as needed.

Bachelor degree in materials science, Metallurgy, Engineering or others
Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales, or process engineering
Technical knowledge in foundries, aluminium die casting or furnace/refractory will be an advantage
Computer literacy with experience in MS Office and CRM systems (Salesforce).
Fluent in Japanese and English
