Role and Responsibilities:
- We are currently seeking an experienced SAP Callidus Compensation Consultant who will be responsible for various tasks including:
- - Handling service management cases and resolution
- - Working with Sales and Finance domain
- - Managing sales compensation processes
- - Utilizing products like Oracle Incentive Compensation and SAP Callidus
- - Proficiency in SQL
- - Utilizing SAP Business Objects reports
- - Leading a team of 2-4 people and conducting service reviews with client management
- - Gathering functional requirements from stakeholders
- - Documenting existing processes and creating mock-ups of future systems
- - Refining user stories and acceptance criteria
- - Conducting business acceptance test cases
Candidate Qualifications:
- To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:
- - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Business Management
- - 4-6 years of relevant experience
Required Skills:
- - Experience in service management and case handling
- - Good knowledge of Sales and Finance domain
- - Proficiency in Sales Compensation processes
- - Familiarity with products like Oracle Incentive Compensation and SAP Callidus
- - Strong SQL skills
