IT Services Management: Lead the planning, implementation, and support of IT services, focusing on complex and critical system requirements.
Server Administration: Oversee the configuration, implementation, and administration of server infrastructures, including VMware, Proxmox, Windows, and Linux environments.
Active Directory & Azure Management: Administer both on-prem Active Directory and Microsoft Azure AD (Microsoft Entra ID).
Security & Documentation: Ensure robust security practices are in place and create in-depth technical documentation.
Project Management: Lead and execute large-scale IT projects, providing guidance and mentoring to junior team members.
Monitoring & Maintenance: Manage the monitoring and ongoing maintenance of server infrastructures to ensure stable and secure operations.
Strong expertise in Microsoft Domain Environments (both on-prem and Azure).
Extensive experience with Windows/Linux operating systems, VMware/Proxmox, and Veeam Backup.
Advanced knowledge in server infrastructure administration and cybersecurity.
Ability to lead and manage complex IT projects with a solution-oriented mindset.
Fluent in German (C1); English proficiency is a plus.
Class B driver’s license required for occasional travel.
