What you’ll do:

• IT Services Management: Lead the planning, implementation, and support of IT services, focusing on complex and critical system requirements.

• Server Administration: Oversee the configuration, implementation, and administration of server infrastructures, including VMware, Proxmox, Windows, and Linux environments.

• Active Directory & Azure Management: Administer both on-prem Active Directory and Microsoft Azure AD (Microsoft Entra ID).

• Security & Documentation: Ensure robust security practices are in place and create in-depth technical documentation.

• Project Management: Lead and execute large-scale IT projects, providing guidance and mentoring to junior team members.

• Monitoring & Maintenance: Manage the monitoring and ongoing maintenance of server infrastructures to ensure stable and secure operations.

What you’ll have:

• Strong expertise in Microsoft Domain Environments (both on-prem and Azure).

• Extensive experience with Windows/Linux operating systems, VMware/Proxmox, and Veeam Backup.

• Advanced knowledge in server infrastructure administration and cybersecurity.

• Ability to lead and manage complex IT projects with a solution-oriented mindset.

• Fluent in German (C1); English proficiency is a plus.

• Class B driver’s license required for occasional travel.
