As a Specialty Recruiter at Devereux, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to join our organization. This remote position involves collaborating with the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition and various centers to meet staffing needs and enhance our employee value proposition. Youβll develop comprehensive sourcing strategies, manage recruitment processes, and contribute to our strategic planning efforts.

What Devereux Looks for in YOU:
In collaboration with the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition, conducts multi-site recruitment for Center specialty roles on a national scale. Manages initial recruitment process of attracting, sourcing, and phone-screening qualified candidates to recommend for interviews. Utilizes traditional and modern recruitment methods to post positions and source candidates. Develops candidate pipeline for anticipated future needs, to reduce time-to-hire/fill, expands candidate pool organization-wide, and improves candidate quality. As needed, will assist with supporting Center high volume needs, executive level recruitment, program expansion, recruiter vacancies, and international recruitment initiatives.
