Strategy Associate (Remote)

This role involves collaborating with multiple departments, including Sales, Quality, Retention, HR, and more. The Strategy Associate will own strategic initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with our organizational goals.

• Collaborate with various departments to identify and develop strategic initiatives.
• Lead projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely and successful completion.
• Analyze data to inform strategic decisions and measure the effectiveness of initiatives.
• Prepare and present reports on project progress and outcomes to senior management.
• Support cross-functional teams in implementing strategic plans and initiatives.
• Other responsibilities as assigned

Some potential qualifications for a Strategy Associate could include;

• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
• Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical skills to develop and implement effective strategies.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with various stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with different departments and teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong data analytics skills to interpret and leverage data for strategic planning.
• Knowledge of the Medicare industry is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
• 2+ years in a consulting role
• Previous experience in a strategic or project management role is preferred.
