We are currently building our team and now searching for

Team Lead Alliance Coordination (m/f/d) - 100% Remote

Your daily tasks:

• Leading Alliances operational activities, new partners onboarding process and ensure seamless training of team.
• Manage Stakeholder Communication: Engaging with Stakeholders, Leading and Coordinating Business Delegations, Presenting Position Papers, Engaging with Industry Associations and Leaders, Collaborating on White Papers.
• Manage virtual event supporting activities such as event participations, invitations and networking requirements.
• Liaison with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of invitations with IT systems and processes for event purposes.
• Ensure well-sorted and aligned database on CRM.
• Providing support as needed for major projects / flagship events.
• Collaborate on strategic planning by optimizing the impact and success of major initiatives.

What we are looking for:

• Degree in Political Sciences / Business Studies .
• 3-5 years of experience in managerial role preferably in NGO/Chamber/Digital Transformation Industry.
• Excellent English Language skills
• Tech Savvy (familiar with working tools such as CRM Software, Project Management Tools, MS Office Suite)
• Effective Communication Skills
• Delegation Ability and Clear Vision
