We are looking for an experienced Workers' Compensation Claim Supervisor to lead our team with a focus on school district and public entity claims. This position offers flexibility, with hybrid or remote work options depending on your location. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in Texas workers' compensation claims, specifically handling cases for school districts and/or public entities. A deep understanding of the unique challenges and nuances associated with these types of claims is essential.
As a Workers' Compensation Claim Supervisor, you will oversee a team of adjusters, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality claims management. You will be responsible for monitoring claim processes, ensuring compliance with Texas workers' compensation laws, and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. This role is pivotal in maintaining our reputation for excellence and delivering exceptional service to our school district and public entity clients.
The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm. Education and/or Experience
10 + years claim experience is required.
Three years supervisory experience is preferred.
Bachelor Degree is preferred.
Computer Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
TX Adjusters license is required.
AIC, CPCU, or ARM preferred
