    Role: Executive Assistant/Social Media Manager Monthly Rate: $750 Availability: Part-time 20 - hours/week Time Zone: 10 AM PST ================================================== To streamline your application, please carefully review and complete ALL THREE items below before proceeding to the application form.

This is a test of how keen you are with details and how well you follow instructions. ⚠️⚠️⚠️ 3️⃣ 1-Minute Introduction Video – Record a short introduction video (preferably using Loom) and provide the link in your application.     Experience Needed/Responsibilities:

    -Data entry and management on Passion IO -Video Editing for podcasts -Lead Prospecting: Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and prospect potential leads.

    • Email Management: Organize, prioritize, and respond to emails, ensuring the inbox is well-maintained and urgent matters are addressed promptly.
    • Website Updates: Assist in updating and maintaining the company website.
    • Task Coordination: Stay on top of the client’s business and personal tasks, ensuring timely completion of all responsibilities.
    • Calendar Management: Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate calendar events to ensure smooth daily operations.
    • Podcast Support: Provide assistance in podcast scheduling, preparation, and post-production tasks.
    • Expense Tracking: Help monitor and track business and personal expenses.
    • Collect and manage testimonials from clients, ensuring timely follow-up.
    • Data Entry & Management: Maintain and update data records efficiently and accurately.
    • Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts, create posts, and ensure consistent engagement with the audience.
    • Sales Deck Updates: Assist in updating the sales deck (PowerPoint) to reflect current data and branding.
    • Newsletter Creation: Draft and distribute newsletters, ensuring content aligns with brand messaging and strategy.

    Good to have:

    -Gallup experience

    -Experience with EA tasks and podcast video editing/admin support
