We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and be responsible for promoting our educational products and services to schools, educators, and institutions.
Collaborate with Customer Success teams to ensure seamless implementation and high client satisfaction, fostering long-term partnerships and reducing churn. Represent Branching Minds at industry conferences and networking events to expand market presence and deepen industry knowledge. Contribute to the refinement of sales processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in client acquisition. Manage your pipeline and performance with a data-driven approach, leveraging key metrics to guide decision-making and optimize results.
3+ years of proven success selling to K-12 school districts and building strong relationships with educators and administrators.
(No biggie if you don’t) Have demonstrated experience with territory and call cycle management Have experience selling RTI/MTSS, Analytics or Assessment SaaS products Are located in the Pacific Northwest, Southwest, Mountain West, or Midwest

Compensation for this position ranges from $75,000 to $100,000 annually, based on experience, expertise, and geographic location, with additional bonus and commission opportunities for total on-target earnings (OTE) of up to $180,000.
