The Account Executive will be based in Thailand and manage sales and relationships with existing and new Genetec customers (Certified System Integrators), technology partners, consultants, and end users in the assigned territory by focusing on target verticals (data center, MFG & government agencies). The main role is to increase revenues and ensure regular communication with the APAC team and the corporate office in Montreal, Canada.
Stay abreast of the products, applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising, and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with marketing and technical services.
Technical & Solution Knowledge Min 5 years of experience in a sales role with a focus on physical security solutions
Confidence in discussing local/regional compliance requirements (e.g., SOCI Act, ISO standards, data sovereignty) and their impact on solution design. Ability to relate compliance positioning back to our value proposition. Business Storytelling Strong capability to link technical features to customer business outcomes, supported by industry insights and customer success stories.
