We are seeking a versatile and driven Mid Market Account Executive to help scale our business by fostering strong relationships with clients and driving growth across our portfolio. You will work closely with Product Leaders, Marketers, and Developers to manage and grow existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities. Your primary responsibilities include ensuring client satisfaction, upselling, cross-selling, and building long-term partnerships. This is a hybrid role, with two days a week in our London office. Own the entire new business sales process within your territory, from prospecting to close Proactively identify growth opportunities within existing accounts to achieve upsell and cross-sell goals Build pipeline through outbound prospecting and targeted campaigns Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations Lead discovery and pricing calls, as well as high-level platform demos focused on driving value for the customer
4+ years of software sales or account management experience Knowledge of regional accounts: culture, companies, currency considerations Demonstrated success hitting & exceeding a sales quota Solid collaboration skills Experience with Martech, Customer Experience, Mobile SDK’s, and/or messaging a major plus Experience with tools like Outreach, Salesforce, Gong, Pocus, Rattle, Lightdash a major plus Incredible attention to detail (tracking success and opportunities; follow up with customers) Bring a competitive, team spirit and a growth mindset
