    We are bsport. The place to be! bsport is an all-in-one platform combining boutique fitness and advanced technology. Our platform helps our partners manage their bookings, payroll, marketing and more, to streamline operations and boost their commercial success.

    We’ve built a community of over 7 million users 🤝 In December 2024 we have finalised the biggest Series B (€30 million)🏆 Grown our team to more than 170 employees 🚀 Now, we’re writing a bold new chapter: we’re officially launching in the APAC market 🌏 To support this expansion, we are looking for an Account Manager for the APAC region. This is a fully remote role, and candidates can be based in Philippines as long as they are comfortable working Australian business hours to ensure strong overlap with Australia-based clients and internal teams.     About the role:

    As an Account Manager, you'll cultivate strong, long-term relationships with customers, ensure their success by managing a portfolio of clients, and actively identify opportunities to enhance their experience and drive growth.

    🎯 What will be your impact:

    Manage and nurture a portfolio of Australia-based clients, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term retention Lead customers through a smooth and successful onboarding experience Act as the main point of contact for client needs via email, chat, and calls Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion Proactively manage renewal cycles and handle churn risks with empathy and strategic thinking Gather and relay customer feedback to internal teams to support continuous product improvement Partner with the Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to strengthen our APAC market strategy

    🌟You would be great fit if you:

    Have experience managing B2B SaaS accounts, ideally in the fitness, wellness, or hospitality tech space Have worked with SMB clients and understand their challenges and goals Are fluent in English (native-level or near-native required) Are comfortable working Australian time zones from Philippines Have strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills Have experience handling churn scenarios and improving client retention Are highly organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneously Have a growth mindset and enjoy working in a fast-paced, scale-up environment Previous experience with companies such as Mindbody, ClassPass, Momence, ClubReady, or Glofox is a strong plus 🌈🌍 Diversity is one of our most valuable assets, and we are committed to fostering an inclusive environment where everyone can contribute their best work.
