We’re a small, cross-functional, and global team where each person has an outsized impact. 🎯 Role Summary As an Account Manager, you will serve as the strategic and operational bridge between our clients and the internal SEO/content teams. You’ll be responsible for managing U.S.-based accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, aligning deliverables with business goals, and driving retention and growth through clarity, ownership, and outstanding relationship management. You must be fluent in marketing and SEO concepts to confidently manage expectations, guide priorities, and participate in strategic discussions. This is not a pure project coordination role — we’re looking for someone with the judgment, initiative, and communication style to act as a trusted advisor to clients and a reliable conductor for internal teams.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts — lead meetings, manage expectations, and build trust. Coordinate deliverables across SEO strategists, writers, and technical teams. Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client KPIs. Gather and synthesize performance insights for clear, actionable reporting. Identify growth opportunities and flag potential risks to internal teams. Document client goals, preferences, and feedback clearly and proactively. Maintain excellent internal comms to keep workstreams moving with minimal friction. 🎓 Qualifications 3+ years of experience in an agency environment, preferably in SEO or digital marketing. Prior experience working with U.S.-based clients is required. Strong marketing background — SEO, content marketing, growth, or related. Advanced English — fluent and professional across speaking, writing, and listening. Proven track record of client success, account retention, and high CSAT. Understanding of SEO workflows (audits, keyword research, content strategy, etc.).
