We’re looking for a talented, passionate, and motivated Acumatica Functional Engineer to join our Solutions team at Traild. In this role, you’ll play a key part in leading Acumatica integration projects and providing exceptional ERP support to our customers. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to deploy, support, and enhance Traild’s AP automation solution — ensuring seamless integration and exceptional customer outcomes. This position is ideal for someone who understands ERP systems deeply, enjoys problem-solving, and is comfortable bridging the gap between functional and technical. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional technical support to clients, particularly with escalated issues or complex ERP-related inquiries, which requires you to be empathetic and patient when dealing with customer concerns. Assist the Sales team to demonstrate how Traild can help prospects streamline, automate, and protect their accounts payable processes, which involves showcasing the features and benefits of our AP automation solution. Configure, test, and troubleshoot technical integrations to ensure seamless deployment and user adoption, which requires attention to detail and strong analytical skills. Collaborate with customers to understand business requirements and deliver tailored ERP/AP solutions, which involves active listening and effective communication skills. Lead and support client implementations of Traild’s AP automation platform with Acumatica, which requires strong leadership and project management skills. Create and maintain clear documentation, technical notes, and knowledge base articles, which involves strong writing and organizational skills. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Technology teams to ensure customer success and solution excellence, which involves building strong relationships and effective communication.
3+ years of experience with Acumatica or MYOB Advanced (administration, development, or solution consulting)
