This is a remote position. Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week); Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM CST (30-minute unpaid break) Central Time hours with direct client interaction
Draft legal documents by following attorney instructions and inserting client-specific information into templates Make outbound calls to clients for scheduling appointments and follow-up communications Handle receptionist duties including answering incoming calls and managing client inquiries Perform data entry and maintain organized file management systems Coordinate client scheduling and calendar management Provide general administrative support to keep the attorney focused on legal work
Excellent English communication skills for professional client interactions Strong customer service background with ability to handle calls professionally Positive attitude and professional demeanor when representing the law firm Experience with administrative tasks including data entry and file organization Ability to follow detailed instructions for document preparation Comfortable with client-facing responsibilities and phone communications
