Agentic AI Platform Specialist – Lead AI Engineer

Want to take AI from chatbots to autonomous agents? As Lead Agentic AI Engineer, you will define roadmaps for agentic solutions, evaluate new technologies, and lead teams to develop intelligent assistants that solve real business problems. 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, platform architecture, or product leadership; several years of responsibility for complex AI projects In-depth expertise in multi-agent architectures, LLM orchestration, RAG, API integration, security, and compliance Successful leadership experience, including strategic planning, change management, and stakeholder management Entrepreneurial mindset, innovative spirit, and strong communication skills—in German and English Enthusiasm for diversity and inclusion and willingness to actively shape inclusive cultures
