Agile Data Delivery Manager

What you will be doing:

Work closely with Data Products , Architecture and R&D to the drive strategic Data solutions as part of the company initiatives

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, defining scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Ensure adherence to project deadlines, budget constraints, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project progress, address challenges, and ensure successful project completion.
• Facilitate effective communication among various stakeholders, including developers, QA teams, and product managers.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, milestones, and potential risks.
• Foster a collaborative environment, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client expectations.
• Break down concepts into actionable milestones, ensuring clarity and alignment with the project roadmap.
• Promote performance improvement across Data Tech Teams while using agile methodologies driven by KVD’s
• Foster a collaborative and supportive environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and communication throughout the delivery process.

Embrace change, navigate roadblocks, and adjust priorities as needed, ensuring teams are adaptable to evolving requirements or technical complexities.

You Have a strong understanding of delivery management across agile teams along with strong project management skills

• You have excellent planning, scheduling, dependency, and risk management skills to ensure projects stay on track.
• You have a solid understanding of the development process and various SDLC/PDLC stages. Experience with JIRA and ADO is a plus.
• You can demonstrate clear and effective communication skills with teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure alignment and manage expectations.
• Advantage – proven experience and knowledge in working with Data Engineering teams as a delivery / implementation roles
• You are proactive, creative, out-of-the-box, and original thinking in problem-solving.
• You have high analytical skills.
