AI Developer (with Marketing Support Experience) Department: Operations Employment Type: Full Time Location: Client Compensation: ₱130,000 - ₱175,000 / month

Description Although initially described as a marketing role, this position is primarily for a developer with strong Machine Learning/AI skills who can also handle 1–2 hours per day of marketing work. The core focus is on building and developing AI agents, using AI tools, and creating automated workflows that support list-building, newsletters, and system integrations.

The ideal candidate is someone who can work directly with the hiring manager to develop AI-driven solutions and also provide light marketing support when needed.

Key Responsibilities Develop and build AI agents in collaboration with the hiring manager. Work with Machine Learning, AI tools, and automation workflows. Integrate CRMs with other systems, tools, and platforms. Support list-cleaning, list-building, and newsletter workflows using AI. Perform light marketing tasks (approximately 1–2 hours per day). Assist in creating automated marketing processes and improving current systems. Work cross-functionally to enhance operational efficiency through AI-driven solutions.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Strong background in Machine Learning / AI development. Experience building or training AI agents and working with modern AI tools. Knowledge of CRM systems and API integrations. Ability to automate workflows across marketing, CRM, and communication platforms. Some marketing exposure—email, newsletters, list management, or digital marketing. Strong technical problem-solving and systems-thinking ability.
