Position Summary:

As an AI Engineer, you will support the design and development of solutions that combine AI/ML with traditional software engineering tools to deliver valuable business insights and streamlined processes for our clients and internal teams. This role is ideal for early career engineers eager to learn, collaborate, and grow in a dynamic environment under the mentorship of experienced engineers, architects, and data scientists.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models to solve real-world business challenges.
• Preprocess and analyze structured and unstructured data to support model development.
• Collaborate with engineers and data scientists in a pair programming setting to translate theoretical models into practical, scalable solutions.
• Participate in machine learning experiments and contribute to a culture of knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement.
• Learn and apply emerging AI/ML techniques through guided projects and ongoing training.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet client needs and project goals.

Technical Skills

Required

• Strong foundation in Data Science and machine learning fundamentals.
• Programming: Python, R, SQL.
• Familiarity with ML libraries: scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch.
• Basic understanding of data preprocessing and model evaluation.
• Version control: Git.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Pandas, ggplot2).
• Understanding of APIs and simple deployment practices.
