As an Application Configuration Specialist, you will work closely with the Product, Engineering, and QA teams to configure and deploy web and mobile applications using Clearion Studio. This role is primarily responsible for the implementation of application configurations across our Vegetation Management (UVM), Asset Inspection & Maintenance (AIM), and Construction solutions. You will also play a critical role in implementing our roadmap-driven solution templates and supporting field-ready deployments as part of our evolving product portfolio.
Configure Clearion Web and Mobile applications using Clearion Studio to support field and office workflows across UVM, AIM, and Construction product lines Implement and maintain solution templates as defined by Product Management, ensuring consistency and quality across customer deployments Partner with Engineering and QA to test and validate configurations during product development and release cycles Support template versioning and migration processes as roadmap updates are released Collaborate with Product Managers to interpret requirements into clear, actionable configurations Assist with early-stage prototyping, solution reviews, and internal demos for roadmap features Maintain configuration documentation, test cases, and usage guidelines to ensure team-wide transparency and repeatability Respond to internal requests for configuration support from Customer Success, QA, and Implementation teams Identify opportunities to streamline or standardize common configurations for reusability and efficiency Participate in daily standups, sprint reviews, and backlog grooming sessions with Engineering and Product teams Communicate blockers, risks, and completion timelines for configuration deliverables Support automated testing efforts and assist QA in root-cause analysis of configuration-driven issues All other duties as assigned
Configure software with precision and attention to detail Understand and translate product requirements into effective configuration outcomes Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams including Product Management, QA, and Engineering Manage multiple configuration tasks and priorities across several product areas simultaneously Work independently with minimal supervision while keeping stakeholders informed Troubleshoot and debug configuration-related issues methodically Communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, with technical and non-technical colleagues Document configuration standards, processes, and patterns for team-wide consistency Adapt to changes in configuration tooling and product roadmap priorities Participate actively in Agile workflows including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives
1–2 years of experience in QA or configuring/supporting enterprise web/mobile applications.
