    What you will do:

    Provide exceptional customer support via phone calls, chats, emails, and social media Handle made-to-order inquiries and returns, explaining policies and offering suitable alternatives Manage faulty or damaged item reports, coordinating with brands and resolving escalations Support delivery and customization requests by liaising with designers and assessing costs Build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers Meet team KPIs Always be up-to-date with cutting-edge technology Securely work with customers’ sensitive information Apply the latest and greatest customer happiness practices Communicate with developers and other departments of various IT companies

    What you need to succeed in this role:

    Native Arabic and fluent English (minimum B2 level, both written and spoken) communication skills Proven experience in customer support for a luxury brand is a must Concierge-style customer support mindset Analytical and research skills Positive and responsible attitude Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)

    Would be a great plus:

    Experience with CRM systems
