    Job Description

    The purpose of the Associate Business Analyst is to support organization objectives articulation and solution creation, ensuring that the organization operates with optimal efficiency and effectiveness. By analyzing data and identifying areas for improvement, the Associate Business Analyst reviews and supports the development of strategies that drive organizational growth and enhance operational processes. Through collaborating with stakeholders in helping implement change and transition, the Associate Business Analyst aims to facilitate strategic initiatives that deliver measurable value. The scope of responsibilities includes process improvement, knowledge capture and transfer. The Associate Business Analyst creates comprehensive documentation for business processes, including detailed approach notes that outline methodologies, procedures, and best practices, ensuring that all documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders. Additionally, the Associate Business Analyst supports change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during process improvements and system implementations, engages stakeholders, and ensures the successful adoption of new processes and technologies. Responsibilities

    Below are the critical responsibilities of an Associate Business Analyst, but not limited to the following:

    • Collect and analyze data to identify opportunities for business improvement.
    • Create process documentation with set Quality management standards
    • Handles routine tasks and provides support to the project management's requirements
    • Support projects and initiatives within the set scope
    • Help create functional frameworks and approach notes
    • Facilitate and participate in meetings with stakeholders to discuss process improvements.
    • Communicate process changes to team members to ensure they are fully knowledgeable about new procedures.
    • Provide mentorship and training to onboard team members
    • Create reports detailing the results of process improvement initiatives.
    • Create training materials for business process improvement programs.

    Report on business analytics and intelligence insights Supports in delivering client expectations and sets the engagement up for success by ensuring the integrity of the delivery capabilities. Responsible for the delivery of service commitments to the Client, based on the Client contract and SLAs Establish a good relationship with other support and delivery functions Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience 4+ years' experience delivering measurable results on process improvement/redesign projects. Demonstrated ability to analyze, optimize and document complex business processes. Strong collaboration and communication skills Strong attention to detail skills Strong analytical skills to analyze data and information.
