Associate Creative Director, Contract (Remote LATAM)

In this role, you will lead the creative vision and execution of advertising and content campaigns across digital channels, driving brand growth and customer acquisition. You will combine high-level strategic thinking with hands-on creative production, managing both internal teams and external agencies. Your work will leverage AI tools to generate scalable, engaging content while maintaining brand consistency. Operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, you will create compelling narratives that resonate with audiences and deliver measurable results. This role requires balancing creativity, data-driven optimization, and leadership to elevate campaigns and inspire your team. \n

Accountabilities:

• Develop and execute advertising creative across platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Lead conceptualization and production of high-performing ad campaigns, both video and static, for product launches and ongoing initiatives.
• Analyze creative performance data to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
• Ensure brand consistency while allowing for platform-specific adaptations.
• Provide direction and mentorship to designers, editors, and other creative team members.
• Manage relationships with external agencies and freelancers, coordinating workflows and approvals.
• Oversee end-to-end creative production, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and compliance requirements.

Requirements:

6+ years of experience in creative roles, preferably within DTC brands or digital marketing.

• Proven track record creating high-performing advertising creative across multiple digital platforms.
• Strong understanding of direct response marketing, conversion optimization, and the customer journey.
• Experience managing internal creative teams and external vendor relationships.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, video editing software, and AI-powered ad creation tools.
• Exceptional creative vision and copywriting skills for both short- and long-form content.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and optimize campaigns.
