In this role, you will lead and manage a high-performing analytics and sales operations team, driving strategic and tactical initiatives to maximize revenue and customer engagement. You will oversee outbound and inbound activities, coach team members to elevate performance, and ensure that operational execution aligns with business objectives. 8–12 years of experience in B2B SaaS, data, or technology sales, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
Demonstrated ability to achieve measurable results within short timeframes (3–6 months). Strong sales leadership skills, with experience driving team quotas and scaling sales motions. Comfortable with structured workflows, WBS, and building sales processes from the ground up. Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRMs, dashboards, and AI-enabled sales tools. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills. Outcome-oriented mindset with the ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on execution.
