Manage and optimize client onboarding processes through Monday.com and Zapier integrations Develop and maintain automation workflows to improve operational efficiency Handle expansion projects related to Zapier and Monday.com capabilities Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of existing automation systems Customize Monday.com configurations to meet specific client requirements Integrate Monday.com with other software systems as needed Streamline time-consuming manual processes through automation solutions
Proven experience with Monday.com platform configuration and customization Strong expertise in Zapier automation and workflow creation Experience with system integrations and API connections Background in client onboarding or process optimization Ability to troubleshoot and maintain complex automation systems Strong problem-solving skills for workflow efficiency improvements Experience working in a client-facing or service-oriented environment
