We are seeking a strategic and results-driven AVP of Product Management to lead the Safe Locks product portfolio across global markets. This role oversees the full lifecycle of high-security electronic and mechanical lock solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regional market needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Product Development, Marketing, and Finance to drive innovation, portfolio optimization, and profitability. The role offers the opportunity to lead a diverse team, influence global product strategy, and contribute to solutions that protect valuable assets for banking, retail, and government clients worldwide.
10+ years of senior product management or executive experience in product strategy and lifecycle management.
Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to align business objectives with product strategy and drive results in a matrixed environment. Experience in high-security, electronics, or mechanical product industries preferred. Competitive base salary: $150,000–$175,000 plus annual bonus.
