Azure Engineer plays a key role in the design, development, and management of our Azure infrastructure. This position is responsible for managing, maintaining, and enhancing Azure public cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in provisioning and troubleshooting Azure infrastructure resources, as well as strong skills in identifying and resolving complex issues efficiently and professionally. In this role, the Azure Engineer will contribute to building new environments for our cloud customers and ensure that these environments are developed and maintained for high availability, scalability, and ease of maintenance. Collaboration with customers will also be an important part of the job, particularly when scheduling maintenance windows and coordinating change management activities. Pod: Azure Delivery Leader: Cloud Implementation Leader Location: Tampa, FL (hybrid), US (remote), Poland (remote), Ukraine (remote) Working Schedule: EST office hours All new hires in North America complete in-person onboarding at our Tampa office, which typically lasts 3 to 5 days.
Maintain system availability and monitoring of critical services. Maintain appropriate relationships with 3rd party vendors and evaluate vendor software, and communications products to provide recommendations to leadership. Regular participation in change control activities that comply with ITIL change management. Establish upgrade and backup strategies for core infrastructure. Participate in on-call rotation as needed. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
4+ years’ experience implementing and supporting Azure, Windows, and RDS technologies.
