Key Responsibilities:

• Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring full end-to-end ownership and accountability.
• Build and maintain a high-performance and highly available platform and implement new features.
• Assist in the strategic planning and development of future features, ensuring alignment with the overall product roadmap and company objectives.

Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of hands-on backend development experience, including at least 2 years with Python (Django experience is an advantage).
• Proven experience in the design and implementation of robust and scalable products, demonstrating a commitment to quality.
• Proficiency with both SQL and NoSQL databases , PostgreSQL and Redis are required; ElasticSearch and Cassandra is a plus).
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
• Demonstrated ability to manage requirements from the early phases through to full implementation, and Production responsibility; taking end-to-end ownership of projects.
