Backend Developer (Unpaid) - Remote

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect, develop, and maintain robust server-side applications and APIs.
• Manage and optimise databases for reliability, performance, and scalability.
• Improve system performance, security, and overall application efficiency.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, UI/UX designers, and product managers to deliver seamless product experiences.
• Conduct debugging, troubleshooting, and continuous enhancement of existing platforms.
• Stay updated on emerging backend technologies, tools, and best practices to improve development workflows.
• Strong experience in back-end languages such as Python, Node.js, Ruby, Java, or PHP.
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, or other API technologies. Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus 100% remote work flexibility.
