Position Expectations

• Proficient in conducting and interpreting both qualitative and quantitative analysis, enabling data-driven decision-making.
• Skillful at breaking down complex problems into specific, workable components and identifying core issues to drive effective business intelligence solutions.
• Strong ability to collaborate with stakeholders, including senior leadership and project managers, to understand business process requirements, analyze data for operational efficiencies, and implement creative BI solutions.
• Expertise in database development and querying (T-SQL), utilizing advanced tools and technologies like C#, .NET Framework, Entity Framework, and JavaScript to design and develop robust BI solutions.

• Skills and Abilities for Success
• Knowledge of Database Models, DB Analysis, Design and Development, Data warehouse and Relational
• Databases, OLTP, OLAP, DB Management Systems, DB Performance Tuning
• Knowledge of Software Engineering, architecture, and software development methodologies.

• Education, Experience and Certifications
• Knowledge of MS SQL Server Business Intelligence Suite-Analysis Services, Reporting Services and Integration
• Services, MS SQL Server 2008R2/2012/2014 Business Intelligence offering products.
