As a BDR, you’ll play a key role in driving top-of-funnel sales efforts, identifying qualified leads, and setting appointments for Account Executives. You must be fluent in both English and Spanish—written and spoken fluency is essential—as you'll be engaging prospects across the US and Latin America markets. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and is eager to grow within a global sales organisation. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels in both English and Spanish. Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls for the sales team. Build strong relationships with prospects across North and Latin America. Research target accounts and tailor outreach based on industry, role, and pain points. Update and manage CRM tools with accurate data and timely follow-ups. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimise outreach strategies. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs including outreach volume, meetings booked, and conversion rates. Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)—you’ll be actively communicating in both languages daily. 1-2+ years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or outbound sales role (preferred, not required for junior applicants). Excellent written communication and phone etiquette. Familiarity with CRMs like HubSpot, Salesforce, or PipeDrive. Comfortable working across time zones and remote environments. Strong organisational skills, resilience, and a self-starter mindset.
