    Job Description

    This is a remote position. Position Title: Part-Time Bookkeeper

    Schedule:

    ~10 hours per week Flexible working hours Must be available from 2:00–4:00 PM US time for Zoom check-ins No phone calls required

    About the Role:

    We are a growing consumer-product brand looking for a reliable and detail-oriented part-time assistant to support basic bookkeeping, financial maintenance, and light administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently.

    Responsibilities:

    Perform basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks and Excel Handle accounts payable and receivable Prepare invoices and assist with payroll Complete account reconciliations and maintain financial records Manage data entry for retailer and distributor forms Update sell sheets, spec sheets, and customer information packages Organize files and documents across distributors Assist with email communication as needed Support simple financial modeling tasks in Excel

    Qualifications:

    Experience with QuickBooks and solid Excel skills Basic understanding of bookkeeping and financial processes Strong organization and attention to detail Comfortable working with documents, forms, and data entry Good written communication skills Able to work independently and join Zoom calls during the required time window
